I feel bad giving Philips a negative review but my experience with this product has been disappointing. It’s a shame because I really like the hue product line, but I feel the sync app is flawed and I overpaid for a product that doesn’t work consistently. I’ve only had the sync box for a couple days now and I’m most likely going to contact Philips for a refund. When it works it’s great but the app is hit or miss if it will actually connect to your hue set-up.Īs cool as the sync box is when it’s working I would not spend your money on a product that is this flawed. However, I would not recommend buying the sync box due to connectivity problems with the sync app when you want to use it.įor the price of the sync box I would expect a product that works consistently and I’m surprised they’re allowed to sell a product that only works half the time.
